Ezyvision Terms and Conditions of Supply
Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from Ezyvision shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with Ezylens Ltd. trading as Ezyvision.com.au This includes orders placed online or by email, phone, fax, post or by any other means. Ezyvision.com.au reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. Ezyvision.com.au takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us. For all orders of contact lenses, you agree that you are only purchasing contact lenses for which you have been prescribed by your Eyecare Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. Ezyvision.com.au reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying contact lenses.
Most prices are cheaper through our online store and we usually charge more if orders are placed via other methods eg. phone, email etc. Payment must be made in full before goods are shipped. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, Ezyvision.com.au will notify you of the error. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.
Delivery of orders placed via the website to a Australian address is FREE! Delivery of orders to a Australian address placed by other methods eg phone, email will incur a $3.95 shipping charge. Delivery to a non Australian address is $12.95 unless items from the Contact Lens Solution page is ordered, in which case the shipping cost is $24.95.
We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to email@example.com We will process your request immediately.
If you have been incorrectly supplied a product at the fault of Ezyvision.com.au, we will re-send you your correct order and cover all costs related to returning the incorrect product back to us. If you have incorrectly ordered contact lenses, (and they have been correctly supplied by Ezyvision.com.au according to the order record) and have opened and used any of the lenses, we are unable to refund or replace them. However to make it easier for you, we will allow you to purchase the correct box at 50% of its value. This also applies to free boxes that may have been ordered through our loyalty or referral promotions. If you wish to return product either under the satisfaction Guarantee, or for any other reason other than at the fault of Ezyvision.com.au, all return costs must be met by you.
If you have a faulty product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or freecall 1800 883 055. Provide us with the lens details, and invoice number that the lenses were supplied on. We will issue you with a credit to be held against a future order to the value of the faulty product. You do not need to return the faulty product to us.

You can return any product to us within 60 days from date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the product for a prompt and courteous full refund of your entire purchase price. No reason will be required other than that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. This guarantee is specifically designed to give you peace of mind when ordering from us. The product returned must be unopened, and in original, re-saleable condition.
